Birth Support

Ongoing text and phone support throughout pregnancy from 25 weeks.

All birth packages include up to 12 hours of continuous labour and birth support. Once this time has been reached, the birth attendant will be required to conclude care in alignment with personal safety, professional boundaries, and well-being.
Additional support beyond this time-frame may be discussed in advance and is subject to availability.

Last minute option for older sibling supervision during those "who do I turn to?" times includes:

Most suitable option for older sibling care during emergency events, labour or birth if doula was not required as support during your labour/birth.
